We extend our warmest congratulations on your successful admission to the GIGA Program. This page is for successful students to assist their arrival preparation to Japan and will be available until the beginning of the school year. We hope you find the information useful and have a smooth arrival.

Timeline for new GIGA students starting Fall 2025 (as of June 20)
Please make sure to read the "Enrollment Registration Guide" carefully and take necessary procedures.

    22 🗣 3:00 pm (JST)～ Online Talk Session with current GIGA students
  • May
    1～9 💰Pay the required academic fees and expenses
    1～13 📝Document submission for verification /COE online registration (if applicable)
    30～ 📝Complete enrollment registration on the online enrollment system (Deadline: Jul.17)
    30～ 📝Send the required documents by post (Deadline: Jul.25)
  • June
    Late Jun. 🏠Dormitory application period for international students

    *Detailed information about student dormitories will be announced by email in Mid-June.
  • July
    Late Jul. 📢Receive the electric CoE by email
    9:00 am, July 23 - 5:00 pm, July 24 🏠Dormitory application period for Japanese citizens
  • Aug.
    Mid Aug. 💰Information about applications for scholarships for international students will be announced by email
    9～18 📢Keio University Shonan Fujisawa Campus will be closed for summer holidays
  • Sep.
    Early Sep. 📢Receive information email from the Admissions Office for upcoming orientations, setting up IT accounts, notification system for first-year students, syllabus and course registration
