Please read the "Procedure Manual (PDF)" below, and make the application fee payment at a convenience store in Japan (Information for convenience store payment is only available in Japanese language. Limited to convenience stores in Japan only.), or by credit card .

・ There is a fee for this payment transfer service, which applicants must pay in addition to the application fee : 500JPY

* Please select the payment method from "Payment of Application Fee" on your "My Page" of the Online Application System.

* The Handwritten Application Form and address label (required documents submitted by post) cannot be printed unless payment of the application fee is confirmed. Not being able to print the form and address label will not be accepted as a valid reason for submitting documents after the deadline, so be sure to confirm deadline dates and allow plenty of time to prepare and submit your documents.

【Refund of the Application Fee】
