Collection from the Academic Affairs Office
Time: 9:15 a.m. – 4:50 p.m. (excluding weekends, public and university holidays)
Venue: Academic Affairs Office, first floor, Alpha Building, Shonan Fujisawa Campus
Bring: Your Student ID card
*If collected by proxy, a Letter of Authorization (*1) and the ID card of the proxy (*2) are needed.
Receiving Your Diploma by Post
We will commence the procedure of posting the diplomas by Simplified Registered Mail from mid-May. For the graduated/completed students who live outside of Japan, we will send the diplomas by EMS. The re-issuance of the diploma due to damage or loss during the delivery is not possible.
To request for your diploma to be sent by post, you must first send in the two items listed below. The request period is until Monday, December 26, 2011 (must arrive).
You must send in: Your Student ID card
A business-card sized piece of paper with your name, postal address and daytime contact number
Mailing address: Person in Charge of Diplomas

*1 The format of the Letter of Authorization is not specified. However, it should make clear the intention of the student in question for the proxy to receive the diploma. Only the original copy of the letter is valid.
