1. SFC-SFS (Site for Communication among Students, Faculty and Staff)

SFC-SFS is aimed to improve the academic environment and contents through collaboration among students, faculty, and administrative staff at SFC. It is also a communication support system for them.
Added to the Course Survey that started in 2002, SFC-SFS became even more supportive system in 2007 for communication. Since 2011, SFC-SFS has enhanced its functions by connecting to Keio University Education Support System. Grade Registration, Exam Form and other related matter can be registered through the system. This is an essential tool for the educational activities in SFC and your practical use of the system would be greatly appreciated.

2. Obtaining Campus Network Accounts

All lecturers at the Keio SFC are required to obtain a CNS account. CNS account is needed to use SFC-SFS.
For newly appointed lecturers, fill in the application form for SFC-CNS, which is sent in the middle of July and submit it to Information Technology Center (ITC) at SFC by using the provided envelope.

3. Log into SFC-SFS

You can log into SFC-SFS with your CNS account and password.

4. Functions of SFC-SFS

SFC-SFS has the following functions.
‐Email All Students (by lecturer and TA/SA with the lecturer’s permission)
‐Download Class Roster (by lecturer and TA/SA with the lecturer’s permission)
‐Post& Receive Assignment
‐Register the accepted students
‐Grade Registration
‐Register Examination Form
‐Post and View Comment of Course Survey

5. SFC-SFS General Survey for Spring Semester 2013

Please confirm the following schedule for the Semester General Survey. This survey will be conducted through SFC-SFS . We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

■Results will be open to the public on the web. (Accessible only within Keio University):
10:00 a.m. June 3rd (Mon.) ～

■General Survey (Operated by students):
10:00 a.m. July 1st (Mon.) ～ 11:00 p.m. July 28th (Sun.)  
■Lectures must enter their comments during the following period (required):
3:00 P.m. July 29th (Mon.) ～ 10:00 a.m. August 4th (Sun.)  
■Results will be open to the public on the web. (Accessible only within Keio University):
10:00 a.m. August 5th (Mon.) ～ 

* Please remind students in your class to answer the questionnaire on the SFC-SFS website during the General Survey period.
* The results can be accessed only from within the Keio domain.
