You can log into SFC-SFS with your CNS account and password. Please note that the names of students who withdrew or took a leave of absence from the school after class registration period will be added or not be listed. A hardcopy of a student list is available only on request basis. Please contact the Academic Affairs Office (sfc-kyomu@sfc.keio.ac.jp) by the last day of the first class week of the semester with your name and your course name in the message. When you send the e-mail, please write “Meibo (*your name)” in the title column.

4.Class Cancellation

If faculty members need to cancel a class, they must schedule a makeup class, specify the date, and submit a Class Cancellation Schedule Form to the Academic Affairs Office (sfc-gakuji-kyt@sfc.keio.ac.jp) immediately. Based on this information, the Academic Affairs Office will notify students on the website.
In principle, a makeup class has to be scheduled either on Saturday or on a University's predetermined day, within a month before or after the class cancellation. When a class is cancelled by a faculty member, he / she must ensure that students are not inconvenienced in any way whatsoever due to overlapping makeup classes. If faculty members have decided to cancel a class/or classes due to academic conferences and / or business trips before the commencement of a semester, they should state the fact beforehand and mention it with makeup class schedule in the syllabus itself.
For details, please refer to the “Class Cancellation Form.

5.Printing Requests

Please submit your request as soon as possible as there are many requests at the beginning of each semester. It is recommended for students to make a reservation for scanning. They can reserve by email, writing their names, their student ID numbers, the course name, and when they would like to use. They can also use the scanner without reservation if it is available. If they are late 15 minutes without notice, their reservation will be canceled.
