Note:
(*1): Reservation is limited only to the faculty and staff members of Keio University on weekdays to conduct meetings.(Jukukan-kyoku is closed on Saturdays).
(*2): Reservation for some of the rooms in East Research Building is managed by the Global Security Research Center (G-SEC). Faculty members who wish to use these rooms are advised to refer to the G-SEC website (available in Japanese only) before making reservations.
(*3) & (*4): Tea is prepared in the [準備室] or preparation room.
(*5): Reservations for large parties of 40 and above is also available. The party should commence after 3:00 p.m. (Faculty members who wish to reserve Student Cafeterias,please contact the Student Affairs Office).
Procedures for Making Reservations
- Make a provisional reservation by calling the Facility Management Office at Mita Campus.
- Fill out the [施設利用願] or facility usage application form and submit it to the Facility Management Office at Mita Campus.
[EXCEL] [施設利用願] (50KB) or facility usage application form (available in Japanese only) - Faculty members who wish to use a network system should apply to the Facility Management Office in advance.

Procedures for Making Reservations
- Make a provisional reservation by calling the Office of Research Administration,Hiyoshi Campus.
- Download the [利用申請書] or facility usage application form from the Office of Research Administration,Hiyoshi Campus website (available in Japanese only) and fill out the necessary information.
- Send the form to the Office of Research Administration, Hiyoshi Campus through campus mail.
- After the completion of the application, a copy of the aforementioned application form will be sent to the applicant through campus mail.
